Vit et travaille à Maisons-Alfort, Val-de-Marne.

Depuis 1993, Pierre Buraglio a développé, avec Catherine Putman, un travail original dans le domaine de l’estampe et du multiple : variations de support, collages, agrafages, rehauts à la main qui viennent enrichir les techniques traditionnelles de la gravure.
La galerie Catherine Putman montre régulièrement son œuvre imprimé et des œuvres uniques sur papier.

« L’imprimé n’a [donc] pas un statut à part dans l’œuvre de Pierre Buraglio. Loin de se réduire, cependant, à la simple transposition des questions posés par les agrafages, les fenêtres ou les dessins dans le domaine du multiple, il offre à l’artiste la possibilité d’approfondir, de formuler différemment ces mêmes questions. »

Since 1993, Pierre Buraglio developed with Catherine Putman an original work of prints and multiples, varying medium, collages, staplings, lightings ; all handmade to enrich the traditional engraving techniques.
The Galerie Catherine Putman regularly shows his prints and unique works on paper.

« The printed production does [not] have a status in its own right in Pierre Buraglio’s work. Far though from being reduced to the simple transposition of the questions the staplings, windows and drawings make in the multiple world. Instead, it offers the artist the possibility of going further, of expressing the same questions in a different way. »
